Lavender Rose Counseling offers various therapeutic services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and intensives (coming soon). I specialize in a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and more.

In your first session, I will likely ask questions about your background, your reasons for seeking therapy, and any goals you have. It’s a time to build trust and establish a comfortable space where you can begin exploring your feelings and experiences.

Typically, therapy sessions last 50 to 60 minutes. The length may vary depending on the type of therapy.

Self Pay-My rate is $125 per appointment. I also accept Mentaya if you have out-of-network coverage. I am happy to explore Mentaya rates with you. I will provide a Super-bill upon request.
